CPS Cache does not exist.  Please start the CPS-3 Main Module first.

Solution:
CPS is looking for a cache file.

To fix, cd to the CPS storage setting and remove files with a .1cps extension
and/or the word cache in the file name. Restart CPS. Is should prompt you for
expertise level. Once it has done this the link should work.

If it does not go into Projevt manager and remove the extra CPS storage
settings. The cache file must be in the first dsl and sometimes it ends up in
another dsl. Make sure you move any files you want to save into the first
storage setting if you do this.
