Topic:
db_e_map_xform_setup_failed error when displaying seismic in Seis2/3DV

Description:
When trying to post seismic in Seis2/3DV user gets the following non-fatal
error:

	 db_e_map_xform_setup_failed  

Solution:
1. Go into DataManager > Map > 3D survey origin and make sure the three 
survey points entered are correct for every survey.

2. If the survey origin points are not correct re-enter the correct points for 
every incorrect survey and click the 'Apply' button.

3. If the survey origin points are correct, click on the 'Preview' button and
then click the 'Apply' button for all surveys.
