AutoPix treats fault trace polygons, interpreted in Basemap, as "exclusion
polygons".  No interpretation will be picked within a fault trace polygon.
Fault cuts, picked on seismic sections, are also honored. AutoPix automatically
assigns a fault contact whenever the autopicked horizon intersects a fault cut. 

Faults must be selected under Define > Interpretation in order for AutoPix to
recognize and use the fault interpretation. 

Tip: Select all faults as a habit so that you don't inadvertantly miss
      selecting a fault that intersects the horizon(s) you are autopicking.
      It doesn't hurt to select faults that don't intersect the horizon.
