Amplitude attributes are not converted from IES to IESX.

Description:

Solution:
Only the time attribute is converted.  
The amplitude attribute may be extracted from the time attribute in IESX
using the Areal Snap option in Seis2DV/3DV.

1.) Check/update snap parameters for each converted horizon.
     - Seis2DV/3DV > Define Horizon > Snap parameters

2.) Extract amplitudes.
     - Seis2DV/3DV > Areal > Snap 

Select horizon(s), class and snap options.
Use 'Snap all' and 'Horizon defaults' for interpretation converted from IES.
Be sure to set 'Extract Amplitude - Yes'
