Why is gridded surface interpolating beyond fault boundaries in Basemap Plus?

Solution:
Check the grid parameters menu. 

If your grid algorithm is set to convergent it will interpolate past fault
boundaries. 

Change the grid algorithm to " least squares ", which works well with evenly
distributed pick data. It takes a little longer to run but produces good results
and won't extrapolate too far from the data. 

Also check your grid spacing, if it is too coarse, it will not honor fault
boundaries.
