Where is the CPS-3 Link application located?

Solution:
IESX Session Manager > Surface Modeling > CPS Link.

Note: The CPS-3 Link menu will only appear if a valid CPS-3 project
      exists for the UNIX account being used to run IESX.  Create a new
      CPS-3 project for this account and the link option will become available
      the next time the user runs IESX.
