Why are some fault traces not posting on MapView?

Description:
All fault traces post ok on Basemap. 

Solution:
Not all fault traces are closed. Need to close them in Basemap to view in
Mapview.

On Basemap, When you finish drawing a fault trace you must click mb3/close.
Simply drawing back to the starting point and mb3/Break does NOT close a fault
trace. Close fault traces in Basemap, then read horizon back into MapView.

To close an existing fault trace in Basemap:

1.) Mode > Fault trace > Add/Edit.
    - Select Edit.
    - You need to find last point entered on fault trace to properely close
      it. Click mb1 on fault trace to activate, click mb1 again on a point.
      If mb3 menu shows close as desensitized, you are not at the last point.
      Click cancel at this point. When last point is found, then click
      mb3/close.
