When might I want to use LPView?

Description:

Solution:
1.) A portion of your well was washed out, so the logs are bad. You can use the log edit function to replace the bad values. (Log Preparation #2 > Edit Log #1) 2.) You want to pick the top of a formation on eight wells. You feel the best way to do this is to display the gamma, sonic, and sp curve of each well, and sketch in the top. (Log Preparation #2 > Tops Interpretation #3) 3.) You want to use your favorite expression for computing a sonic curve from a resistivity curve. (Log Preparation #2 > Math Operations #6) 4.) To check the relation in 3.) above, you want to crossplot resistivity against sonic velocity for those wells where you have both logs. (Log Analysis #3 > Crossplots #5) <---- Licensed as PetroView 5.) After using LPView to compute sand percent over a certain interval you wan to map those percents. (Log Analysis #3 > Lithology #3)<---- Licensed as PetroView
