Description:
Plotting same map in MapView more than once and it comes up with different
colors each time

Solution:
Delete the  MapView color files (in IES Data Management), this resets the colors
to the defaults.  This also deletes any custom made color files created in
MapView.

This is done in Application Manager > IES Data Management > Delete data from
Project > Delete MULTIPLE objects of a data type > Graphic files > delete
the'MAPSCOLOR' file.
