Solution:
This option cleans all 3D survey descriptions and 2D line descriptions in a
project to prevent 'byte zero' messages.

Option #5 reads the description of each 3D survey and 2D line, then writes back
the description.  If in the course of reading, option #5 encounters a string
that contains a NULL character followed by a non-NULL character, it removes all
non-NULL characters that follow the NULL character.

PROCEDURE:

1.) Option #1 - Initialize access to data area.
   - Enter the project name and password.
   - Enter #1 to access exploration data area type.

2.) Option #5 - Clean Byte Zero.

3.) Option #2 - Deallocate project.

4.) Option #99 - Exit IESX_Util.
