Topic:
Can you rotate plots in IESX?

Description:

Solution:
Yes you can not rotate plots using IESX plotting in some modules. IESX by itself can only rotate using either portrait or landscape. Lanscape plots vertical on the paper and portrait plots horizontal. To rotate a plot using the ZEH rendering software using something other than portrait or landscape see the knowledge base entry named "How do I rotate my plots manually using ZEH". Below is a list of what can be rotated in IESX based on the module you are in. Landscape is the default plotting rotation. Seis3DV/2DV : Snapshots have landscape and portrait capabilties. Scaled plotting does not have portrait or landscape capabilities. BaseMap : Snapshots have landscape and portrait capabilties. Scaled potting has landscape and portrait capabilties. MapView : Snapshots do not have landscape and portrait capabilties. Scaled plotting does not have landscape and portrait capabilties. Synthetics: Snapshots have landscape and portrait capabilties. Scaled plotting does not have portrait or landscape capabilities. GeoViz : GeoViz has only snapshot capabilities and does not support landscape or portrait capabilities. LpView : Snapshots do not have landscape and portrait capabilties. Scaled plotting does not have landscape and portrait capabilties. SurfaceSlice : Snapshots have landscape and portrait capabilties. Scaled plotting does not have portrait or landscape capabilities.
