What are the minimum requirements for posting wells and their paths in Basemap?

Description:
 

Solution:
1.) Well name (UWI will default if not specified)
 
2.) Valid surface location coordinates.
 
3.) Deviation survey or bottom hole coordinates 
Note: Bottom hole coordinates will override the deviation survey (i.e. if a
deviation survey is specified AND a bottom hole location, and the bottom hole
location is different from the last point of the deviation survey, then the
deviation survey will post on the map, and a straight line will be drawn from 
the last point on the deviation survey to the bottom hole location, making the 
path appear longer than it actually is)

4.) The well must be defined in a well set, and that well set must be posted.

5.) The well appearance file must have the 'Well path' display toggle turned on.
