This option displays the software revisions level for a project.

This function uses the project name.da file to identify the release of the
project so that you may select the appropriate software level for patching.

PROCEDURE: 

1.) Option #61 - Data area release version
    - Type in project name.

2.) Option #99 - Exit IESX_Utilities
