Deleted horizon in DataManager, but why is the horizon name still listed?

Description:
The horizon was only interpretated in one survey.


Solution:
Must select all of the available surveys for the horizon name to be deleted in 'Interpretation' > 'Delete' menu. After selecting all surveys, then the 'horizon name' button will be available to select.
