3D Requirements

1. horizon data - horizon name, data type (3), survey name, line number, 
   CDP and z value(time)

2. faults assigned - horizon name, data type (3), X, Y, time, survey name, 
   fault name
 
3. faults unassigned - horizon name, data type, X, Y, time, survey name

4. fault cuts - fault name, survey name, X, Y, z-value

5. fault trace interpretation data - fault traces - horizon name, 
   fault name, x-coord, y-coord, z-value(time), and trace-id (i.e. segment id)
