Solution:
You may get the infomation from the IESX online documentation under the topic 
of Well Symbols which appears as the very last subtopic under 3D Seismic 
Interpretation. (To access the online documentation, from the Geonet menu, hold
MB1 down while clicking on 'IESX', and then select 'Help'.  FrameViewer will
open with the online documentation.)

Alternatively, you can view the symbols in DataManager:
Session Manager > Application > DataManager > Wells > Wells; click on the 
'Posting symbol' box in the upper right corner of the menu.  A menu will open
with all the symbols.  The symbols are numbered 1-113 from left to right and 
then top to bottom.
