What are AMP2_class, Quality and TTDT attributes?
Description:
Using AutoPix in Basemap to autopick a horizon, with attributes toggled
to save, got AMP2_class, Quality and TTDT attributes. What are they?
Solution:
These are attributes that AutoPix generates when it is autopicking.
They are used to do a quality check on your autopick.
AMP2_class - the amplitude of the event below the original pick.
If original pick is a peak, it will be the amplitude of the trough
beneath the peak. If the pick is at the Zero crossing, its the
amplitude of the trough beneath the Zero crossing. It takes up the
name of the class of the seismic data because traces can have different
amplitude values for different classes of data.
Quality - shows cross correlation coefficient for each trace that was
picked by AutoPix. (i.e. if the quality was set to .5, values will be
from .5 to 1.0, 1.0 being perfect correlation.)
TTDT - delta time attribute created between the events above and below
the picked event. TTDT is created if the event picked is a peak, and
it is the delta time between the trough above and below the picked peak.
PPDT, PTDT and TPDT would be created by picking on a trough, +/- zero
crossing and -/+ zero crossing respectively.
