Yes.  Wells can be loaded into IESX DataManager or IES Data Management.   
 
IES DataManagement will allow the load of:
a. well header information and surface location
b. IES markers
c. well paths (deviation surveys)
d. log curves
 
IESX DataManager will allow the load of predefined ASCII format:
a. well header information and surface location
b. IESX markers
c. well paths (deviation surveys)
d. checkshots (DVT relationships)
e. synthetics
