Topic:
Changes made on markers in WellPix are not reflected in Seis 2DV/3DV or GeoViz.

Description:
SYMPTOM: Changes made to markers are reflected in the 'Marker
         Data Manager' (TWT and Depth) but not in Seis2DV/3DV
         or GeoViz. 

CAUSE: When a change is made to a marker in WellPix, TWT and depth are
       updated in the 'Marker Data Manager' but the Seismic Time Pick
       is not. Once the TWT for a marker has been converted to a Seismic 
       Time Pick, markers are posted using this Seismic Time Pick in Seis
       2DV/3DV. Markers are not updated in Seis 2DV/3DV because the Seismic
       Time Pick has not been updated.

NOTES: In order for a marker to post in GeoViz, the TWT of the marker
       must be converted to a Seismic Time Pick or a Seismic Time Pick
       must be manually provided. 
     
       If a Seismic Time Pick is not calculated for a given marker, 
       then the TWT is used to post the marker in Seis 2DV/3DV.

       The Seismic Time Pick option has been added so that a marker 
       may retain it's origional TWT and depth values for geological
       applications while being forced to a time or event in the 
       seismic world (i.e., Seis 2DV/3Dv and GeoViz).

Solution:
WORKAROUNDS:

1. Manually Update the Seismic Time Pick in the 'Marker Data Manager'.
    a. From the GeoFrame menu, select the project, enter the password and
       click on the 'Application Manager' button.
    b. In the 'Application Manager' menu, click on the 'Data Manager' icon.
    c. In the 'Data Management Catalog' menu, under 'Data Managers', double
       click on 'Markers'.
    d. Within the 'Project Marker Data Manager',  toggle the 'Depth' 
       pulldown menu (Located Near the bottom in the Operations window.) 
       to 'Seismic Time Pick' and use the 'Convert To' button to convert 
       all of the marker TWT's to Seismic Time Picks.
       -By default this will convert the TWT of all the markers posted 
        to seismic time picks. To update only one marker, select that 
        marker by clicking on it with MB1 (This will highlight the marker),
        and then use the 'Convert To' button.
    e. Once the TWT values have been converted, the change to the marker
       will be reflected in Seis 2DV/3DV and GeoViz.

-OR-

2. (For Seis 2DV/3DV only). Use the TWT to post the marker in 2DV/3DV.
    a. From the GeoFrame menu, select the project, enter the password and
       click on the 'Application Manager' button.
    b. In the 'Application Manager' menu, click on the 'Data Manager' icon.
    c. In the 'Data Management Catalog' menu, under 'Data Managers', double
       click on 'Markers'.
    d. Using MB1, click on the marker you wish to continually update (This
       will highlight the marker.). 
    e. Again using MB1, click inside the 'Seismic Time Pick' column of
       the highlighted marker. Use the Back Space key on the keyboard to
       erase this value.
    d. Click on 'Apply' and the Seismic Time Pick will be populated with
       the value (-999.25). This the default null, or unknown, value.
    e. Since this marker no longer has a Seismic Time Pick, The TWT will
       used to post the marker and changes made to the marker in WellPix
       will be reflected in Seis 2DV/3DV.
       -This workaround will not work for updating markers in GeoViz
        because a seismic time pick is required in order to post the
        marker in GeoViz.
