What does the option "Apply bulk shift of 0 ms by" used for in the Velocity
Survey save menu?

Solution:
If you specified a bulk shift for the checkshots in Mode > Velocity Survey >
Parameters, then you can specify how you want the bulk shift to occur with
this option. You either apply the bulk shift by using 'shift samples', this shifts 
the samples of the checkshot by the amount of bulk shift specified. The other 
option is 'change velocity', this applies the bulk shift by applying a correctional 
velocity above the first checkshot sample. This can not be used when the 
project datum and checkshot datum are the same. The default is to not apply 
a bulk shift to the checkshots.
