Why won't stacked tapes roll to next tape?

Description:
I am using a stacked tape device. No errors appear in the loading definition,
and it begins the load normally. The load randomly stops after a tape (i.e.,
sometimes after the first tape , sometimes the third, etc.).  

Solution:
Input a tape name for the number of tapes you have in the stacker in DataManager
> Load Seismic > Define input format > Define tape(s).
