How can you decimate traces while loading 2D lines?

Solution:
You can decimate traces by time and by number.  In DataManager > Load seismic >
User defined 2D > Define storage..., you can set the trace range to load a set
time in the Start time to load box.  Enter in CDP and time pairs to set a time
window to load traces.  
 
To decimate traces by number, in the box next to "Load every Nth trace, N="
enter in a number (i.e. 2 to decimate every other trace).
