Why is the cursor not tracking from Seis3DV/2DV to basemap ?

Description:
The dynamics are all open in both Basemap and Seis3DV/2DV but the cursor
does not track from Seis3DV/2DV to Basemap and the line select in Basemap
does not send to Seis3DV/2DV.     

Solution:
This happens when the communication between the two modules breaks down.
Close basemap and re-open.
If problem persists exit out of IESX and start a new session, do not use 'continue' .  

Communication between the Basemap and Seis3DV/2DV should now be restored.
