Solution:
The 9X to 10X upgrade utility will need free space equal to the existing
sizes of the following files (which can be found in the project's home DSL):

   db_srep_key.*
   db_sclass_key.*
   db_ntrp_key.*
   db_nattr_key.*
   db_contact_key.*

In each case, the "*" represents the dat/idx/fpb file extension triplets.

The only complication is that the amount of "free space" isn't actually the
amount shown by "df". It is the "real" amount of free space minus the "buffer"
that the IESX routines require for operation. 

Therefore, the actual amount of space required on the home DSL will be the 
total of the sizes of the above files, plus the "buffer" amount which is 
5000 disk blocks (the actual number of bytes will vary from system to system, 
depending on its block size).
