Where is the Project Converter located?

Solution:
IESX Session Manager > Application > Project Converter.

NOTE: A new IESX project must first be created before the Project Converter
      application can be started.
      IESX > Session Manager > Project > Create

      After the conversion process is complete, a copy of the project will
      reside in IES as well as IESX.
