What is the required information to load a well?

Description:
        

Solution:
The only fields required to load a well/borehole are a surface location and a
UWI, API, or well name. 

The eoh and eod records are required.

Header records:
All header records start with a keyword name followed by its value(s).
The keywords are required and are not case sensitive (they can be entered in 
any combination of upper and lower case).
