Load well info can load up to 4200 deviation surveys at a time.

When loading deviation and velocity surveys in IESX > DataManager > 
Load well info, the program will search for well UWI's on the data file.  If
the UWI's already exist in the project, it's going to pop up a list for the
user to select wells to overwrite the wells in the project.  However, the
popup list can only list a max of 4200 wells.  Therefore, only 4200 wells 
can be selected to overwrite.  

Since wells and boreholes have to be created before you load the deviation and
velocity surveys in IESX DataManager, you can only load 4200 deviation surveys 
at a time.  For velocity surveys, it is slightly different.  Since you can load
velocity surveys directly into a project without the requirement of pre-existing
wells, more than 4200 velocity surveys can be loaded at a time if some of the
velocity surveys in the data file don't belong to the 4200 selected wells in 
the list.
