What is the paintbrush command under 'Seis3DV/2DV > Define' used for?

Description:
The paintbrush command under 'Define' is used to define the size of the 
paintbrush tool for MB3 operations.

Solution:
Select 'Define > Paint brush', move the cursor to the seismic canvas and click
MB1.  Now move the cursor, and a stretchable rectangle will follow the cursor.
Click MB1 again and the defined rectangle will be the new paint brush used for
MB3 operations. 

The Paint brush is only used in:

1.) MB3 > ~Stream mode of interpretation
2.) MB3 > ~Erase
3.) MB3 > ~Interpret when interpreting time or horizon slices.
