What are the restrictions for CGM file names?

Solution:
The user can provide file names for the CGM files created by scaled plot.  The
name may not be longer than 24 characters for the ZEH CGM renderer.  The CGM 
file name for any plot job defaults to the project name.  The name must start 
with an alpha character (A-Z or a-z)

A period "." should not be used in the file name.

Alphanumeric names are allowed but if the name starts with a 0 - 9 it will be 
prefixed with an "a".  Any character in the file name other than those mentioned
above will be replaced witha "_".

If a scaled plot is submitted with the same CGM file name as the previous snap-
shot, IESX will append a sequential number to the CGM file name to differentiate
between the various scaled plot files.
