What does the ASAP_QUAL attribute do?

Solution:
If this is used as an attribute, ASAP_QUAL is generated for every time pick 
made.  It may be displayed in Basemap and is in the range of 0 - 100%, 100 being
the highest quality pick.  Use this tool when you are deciding the setting for
quality level.  Small areas incorporating good and bad data can be tested to get
a feel for the appropriate level.  It is best to look at the actual picks on the
seismic time as well as examining the quality display in Basemap.
