Why won't lithology fill become active for me?

Description:
Lithology fill is active if only one marker source is selected from the menu.        

Solution:
The Lithology fill widget is enabled only when a single marker source has been 
selected for posting.  If the geological horizon annotation setting is "none" 
but the fill is set to "yes", markers are posted as horizon colorfilled 
sections; to display no markers, change fill to "no".
