Well posting symbols changed after project upgraded from IESX

Description:
Some well posting symbols were lost after project was upgraded from IESX

Solution:
IESX 10pX uses well symbol codes to determine symbols to be used for posting,
whereas well symbols in GeoFrame are defined through sets of borehole
attributes, namely, status, flow direction, flow fluid type, and show type.  
During project upgrade, only certain well symbols get upgraded into GeoFrame 
project.  

WORKAROUND: Client can manually update the well symbols in the Data Management
            Catalog > General Data Manager > Borehole Editor > Classification.

RESOLUTION: Full IESX well symbol support has been implemented in 
            GeoFrame 3.1.2.
