Surface associated with marker was deleted. How to post the marker now?

Description:
How to post a marker after the surface (horizon) associated with the marker was
deleted?

Solution:
The markers must be associated with a surface to post on seismic.

1.) Associate the marker(s) with another surface in the Marker Data Manager.
	-display the marker in the marker data manager window
	-select the empty surface name box
	-select the surface icon (looks like a rainbow)
	-select a new surface to associate with the marker

2.) Then check the borehole appearance to make sure the surface is selected for
the marker posting in the seismic window.

Note:  You may need to exit IESX for the change to take effect, depending on
which GeoFrame release you are running.
