Topic:
My snap window doesn't always seem to be utilized, why not?
Description:
For example, the snap window is set to + or - 4 ms but the areal snap operation sometimes picks data upwards of 8 ms.
Solution:
The current algorithm uses additional samples (3 each) above and below the snapping window to obtain a smoother curve during a spline fit. It appears that occasionally when the event gets snapped outside the snap window (into the additional samples), the system should reject the snap, but does not. This issue is fixed in the GeoFrame 3.5 release.
