Why won't my markers display on Synthetic?

Solution:
In order to display markers on a Synthetic, the borehole must be associated to a 
checkshot (if depth markers) and the markers must be associated with a surface. 

Typically, the surface and marker will have the same name. To associate markers 
with surfaces, go to the Marker Data Manager, and display the markers. Click on
the marker row, then click the Display a List of Surfaces icon. From this list, 
click on the Surface you wish to associate the Marker with. Click OK. When 
finished, click OK in the Marker Data Manager.

Markers should now display in the Synthetic.
