Where do I go to set line selection as Segment mode?

Description:
        

Solution:
Go to Basemap > User > Path selection and click on the button for Segment mode
from Line mode. Or, in line selection mode, click MB3/control, click on segment
mode. Now you can select the segment in the line or cross line direction.
- Click MB1 in the survey and move the mouse in line or cross line direction.
- The path gets highlighted.
- Second click of MB1 will end the segment and send it for display.
