Why won't the fault boundaries turn off when not selected in Post Interpretation?

Description:
When posting grids and/or contour sets but not fault boundaries, fault
boundaries still post.

Solution:
If you are posting a grid or contour set that was created using fault boundaries
as modeling constraints, and do not turn off "Include fault boundaries" in
the Post Grids and Contours box, it will post those fault boundaries.  To
stop the fault boundaries from posting, just turn off "Include fault 
boundaries" and deselect the fault boundaries set switch.
