Why won't my fault boundaries post for the active horizon?

Description:
Has horizon (without fault boundaries) displayed on basemap with ITC filter set
to send and receive active interpretion on SeisDV and Basemap. Select another
horizon(with fault boundaries) in SeisDV and fault boundaries are not displaying
with the horizon. 
Another way this problem manifests itself: If the active horizon has fault
boundaries displayed on Basemap and you select another active horizon that does
not have fault boundaries, then the Basemap will display the fault boundaries
from the previous active horizon.

Solution:
If you select horizons that have fault boundaries and pick active back and
forth, it will work. And vis versa. It is a bug.  

Fixed for GeoFrame 4.0.
