What is required for importing fault contact interpretation through DataManager?
Description:
Solution:
For 3D data:
Assigned contacts: horizon name, data type, x-coordinate, y-coordinate,
z-value (time), survey name and fault name.
Unassigned contacts: horizon name, data type, x-coordinate, y-coordinate,
z-value (time) and survey name.
For 2D data:
Assigned contacts: horizon name, data type, shotpoint, line name,
z-value (time) and fault name.
Unassigned contacts: horizon name, data type, shotpoint, line name and
z-value (time).
Note: When using the override input option the horizon name, survey name, and/or
fault name are not required in the data file. Therefore, the fault contacts
being loaded must all be associated with the same horizon name, survey name,
and/or fault name.
