What is required for importing fault cut interpretation through DataManager?

Description:
        

Solution:
For 3D data:

The fault name, survey name, x-coordinate, y-coordinate, z-value (time) and
segment-id.


For 2D data:

The fault name, line name, x-coordinate, y-coordinate, z-value (time) and
segment-id. 

Note: When using the override input option the survey name and/or fault name are
not required in the data file. Therefore, the fault cut(s) being loaded must all
be associated with the same survey name and/or fault name.
