What is required for importing fault trace interpretation through DataManager?

Description:
        

Solution:
The horizon name, fault name, x-coordinate, y-coordinate, z-value (time)
and trace-id (i.e. segment id). 

Note: When using the override input option the horizon name and/or fault name
are not required in the data file. Therefore, the fault trace(s) being loaded
must all be associated with the same horizon name and/or fault name.
