Why after deleting an horizon attribute does it still appear in the lists?

Description:
I have done the following but the horizon attribute name is still listed: 
Datamanager > Interpretation > Delete 

Why?     

Solution:
The action described will delete the attribute values for the selected horizon
and survey(s) only.

To delete the attribute name completely from the project, be sure that all
surveys are highlighted when deleting the attribute values, not just the survey
in which the horizon is interpreted.
