Why is the borehole depth in TVD/MD posting in Basemap different from the Bottom Depth?

Description:
The borehole depth in TVD/MD is being posted on the Basemap. The value does not
match the Bottom Depth value displayed in the default Wells and Boreholes Data 
Manager window.       

Solution:
When a borehole has a deviation survey entered, the borehole depth in TVD/MD
from the deviation survey is used for Basemap annotation. If there is no
deviation survey entered for the borehole, it will use the Bottom Depth value
for map annotation of borehole depth in TVD/MD, if the Bottom Depth is
available.
