Why doesn't anything happen when Option #40: Delete culture data is selected?

Solution:
There are two possible reasons way Option #40: Delete culture data appears to do
nothing: 

1.) The project is currently in use. This is the message that will be received
    after entering in Option #1, the project name, and project password.

Data area currently in use.

    If you did not notice this message and then select Option #40, the list of
    options, IESX Miscellaneous DB functions, will immediately return.

2.) The project contains no culture data. If the project does not have any
    culture data loaded, the list of options, IESX Miscellaneous DB functions,
    will immediately return after selecting Option #40.
