Can you open a GeoFrame 3.1 project in GeoFrame 3.5 without upgrading it?

Solution:
You can not open a GeoFrame 3.1 project in GeoFrame 3.5 without upgrading it.
At the GeoFrame login, if you select a GeoFrame 3.1 project and try to
connect to it, you are prompted to upgrade to GeoFrame 3.5.  
Your choices are to upgrade or cancel the connect.  
To open a GeoFrame 3.1 project without upgrading it, 
you will have to access it using the GeoFrame 3.1 software.
