All markers did not upgrade when the project was upgraded from IESX to GeoFrame 3.1.

Solution:
All markers loaded through IES will need to be Imported into IESX.
 
DM => Wells => Markers => Import from IES

before the project is upgraded to have them upgrade with the project.
