These notations are the data access settings for the data object.
u - update permission
d - delete permission
o - ownership (o/-) indicates that the current user (is/is not) owner

These permisssions may be modified using the Access Rights Manager accessed by
clicking the Access Rights Manager button in the GF Project management window
(ProMan).
