What's new in GeoFrame3.7 Basemap.
Description:
Solution:
NEW FEATURES -Horizon Operations Horizon operations can now be performed on horizon attributes in Basemap. The functionality is similar to the Grid Operations in that users can perform Single Horizon Operations: Bias and Scale, Exponentiate, Differentiate, Dip and Azimuth; and Multiple Horizon Operations: Plus, Minus, Divide, Multiply, AND, and OR functions. (Note: The pre GeoFrame 3.7 "Horizon Operations" has been renamed to "Horizon Functions".) -Borehole ITC Borehole sets can now be created via ITC (Inter Task Communication). A new option has been added to Edit > Borehole Sets > Create Borehole Set > From Display which receive boreholes from any GeoFrame component which can broadcast boreholes via ITC. For example, boreholes may be selected in the General Data Manager, and if the ITC connection is open on both Basemap and the General Data Manager the boreholes will automatically post in the Create Borehole Set From Display dialog box. From here users can create a named borehole set. -Basemap Zone and Zone Property Versioning GeoFrame 3.7 provides the ability to post Zone Versions and Zone Property Versions in Basemap. Zone Versions enable the user to create multiple interpretations of layers. This allows the creation of overlapping zones in a single borehole. Zone Property Versions enables the user to create multiple interpretations of the computed properties for zones. This allows the user to compute properties for the same zone using different criteria. For example, to create Zone Property Versions for minimum, most likely, and maximum cases. -Basemap Contact Delete GeoFrame 3.7 provides the option to delete contacts in Basemap. This option is similar to the existing fault segment deletion. This feature also is subject to security control of contact deletion through the Access Rights Manager (ARM).
