Can you overlay interp from a nearby line to help interpret noisy data?
Description:
Interpreting on bad data, where there is a low signal to noise ratio, would be
easier if you had inerpretation from a nearby line to use as a guide.
Solution:
Yes. Starting with GeoFrame 3.5, you can post a time grid on the seismic
section.
1. Pick a sparse set of lines and grid them in Basemap.
2. Post the grid as an overlay on the seismic section. (Seis3dv>Post>Grids and
Attributes). As you roll through lines with no interp, the grid remains as a
guide.
