Solution:
If existing documentation is poor or non-existent for a survey, there is still
the option to SEGY dump the tape or file. Note the x, y, line, and cdp of each
of the following:

1st trace of 1st line
last trace of 1st line
1st trace of second line
last trace of 1st line

Because IESX will expand the survey as it loads, these points are sufficient to
load the survey.  It will re-calculate the extents when the load completes.
